運送
- Anonymous Talking 訂單於週一至週五配送
- 我們與順豐、EMS EXPRESS 快遞配合，國內需三到五個工作天，海外通常需六到十個工作天送達。送達時間是以 Anonymous Talking 寄出訂單後起算，並且不負清關延遲或付款延遲之責任。
退貨
- 如購買後發覺瑕疵或其他因素，我們提供7天內的退換貨服務。
- 商品必須是未經拆封使用，並保留完整原始包裝與發票收據一併寄回。
- 收到商品後，我們將會退還購物金至您的帳戶，若該商品退還時遭到損壞，均不予退還。

Shipping
- Anonymous Talking orders are delivered Monday to Friday.
- We use SF Express, EMS Express as our couriers. Normally, it takes 6-10 working days. Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. We cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval.
Returns
- Anonymous Talking offers a 7-day return period. If you are unhappy with a purchase, you may request to return your items in exchange for store credits. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition accompanied with its original tag. Once we receive and confirm the garments, we will issue a full store credit refund.

Taxes & Duties
- Please note that Anonymous Talking has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied on international shipments when the package reaches your destination and for which you will be liable.
